Welcome to Tipalti Cards, the all-in-one solution offering an automated and simplified solution for your corporate card reconciliation process, all at no cost to you.

How it works

Enhanced Financial Control: Allocate specific budgets to each card, enabling you to effectively monitor and manage card spend. Receive notifications if a card exceeds its assigned budget, preventing unauthorized expenditures.

Automated Receipt Management: Eliminate the hassle of chasing after receipts. Our system automates receipt collection, linking them to the corresponding transactions.

Simplified Coding Process: Each card comes pre-configured with default GLA general ledger (GL) is used for recording transactions related to business assets, liabilities, equity, revenue and expenses. coding values, eliminating the need for manual coding for every transaction. This feature is especially helpful for recurring expenses with consistent coding requirements.

Efficient Card Reconciliation: Streamline card reconciliation by reducing manual reviews of repetitive transactions. Save time by flagging cards that do not require finance review, allowing transactions to flow directly into the ERP system with full coding in place.

Create a virtual card for a specific vendor (e.g., Monday.com, Amazon) to closely monitor spending or a more generic category of spend (e.g., Ad-spend) if it's used by multiple vendors.

Travel & Entertainment: Simplify expense tracking for travel and entertainment costs by issuing physical cards. Tipalti prompts employees to review and submit each expense before it reaches the Finance review stage.

Departmental Cards: Enable department-specific spending with dedicated cards. Allocate budgets and closely manage expenditures within each department, ensuring financial control and accountability.

Getting started

Getting started with cards is super easy. Just go into the “Cards” module in Tipalti Hub and click “Create card” button to start creating your first Tipalti Card.

The “Transactions” tab will show you all transactions you made with your Tipalti Cards. We will notify you whenever there’s a transaction pending your review or if there’s anything else that requires your attention.
