Payments Workflow

  1. In Books360, go to Publisher Management > Payouts > Batch Payouts > Show > Create Payout.
  2. Select a Payout to be paid to the publisher. The total amount to be paid is displayed at the bottom of the table. Click Create to create the payout.
  3. Click Refresh, then Payouts By Period to view the payout.
  4. From here go to Pay Via > Tipalti.
  5. A modal appears. Click the Pay amount button to create the payment.
  6. A LOADING... animation appears. Wait for the animation to complete for the payment to be created. Upon complete a Success message appears.

  7. Next, go to Publisher Management > Tipalti Payments. Click the Approve Payment button.
  8. A modal appears. Click the Approve button. The loading animation plays again. Upon complete a Success message appears. The payment is now posted to Tipalti. The payment is marked as Paid in Phonexa.
