Onboard payees

Inform your affiliates to do the following to complete their Tipalti account setup through their Mindmatrix Affiliate Portal.

The following instructions are completed by the affiliate.

  1. From the Affiliate Dashboard, click Settings.
  2. Select Payment Methods and click the Add New button.
  3. A modal appears asking for a Payout Source and Title. Select Tipalti from the Payout Source dropdown. Add any Title you want, then click Save.
  4. The Tipalti iFrame is opened in a pop-up window. You may need to allow pop-ups from Tracknow to see the iFrame pop up window. Complete the fields in the iFrame.
  5. Once the iFrame is completed, the Tipalti Payment Method will appear on this page. Payee onboarding is now complete.
