Payee workflow

1. Navigate to Publishers > Manage Publishers.
   
2. From Manage Publishers, click the Login as # button to impersonate a Publisher.
   
3. From the Publisher view, click the Payment tab. The Tipalti iFrame appears. Complete the iFrame to onboard the payee to Tipalti.
