Payments workflow
- Navigate to the Payments tab.
- Click the +Create Payment button. The Create Payment modal appears. Complete the modal and click Create Payment.
- The payment is created. If Tipalti onboarding has not been completed for the Publisher, "No Tipalti Account" appears in red below the Publisher name.
- Once Tipalti onboarding is complete, the error message is not present.
- To complete the payment, choose the Approved option from the Status column for that payment.
- The status is set to Approved.
- Payments in ClickGoTrack can be split into multiple payments to be sent to Tipalti. The example shows the payment being split into two payments. Click the Split Payment option from the Status column to do this.
- To send the payment(s) to Tipalti, check the boxes to the left of each Approved payment.
- Then, under the Select Action menu, select Send to Tipalti.
- The Send to Tipalti modal appears. Click the Send to Tipalti button.
- The modal updates to confirm the submission. Click the Close button to return to the Payments page.
